getting clear on your intentions

Do you remember how you felt at the start of the first lock down? Maybe you were worried, anxious and stressed on one hand and on the other you were grateful for the chance to slow down and were feeling inspired, thinking about all the things that you could get done, things that you’d been wanting to do for ages.

You’d finally get a chance to read that book (and finish it!), you could look into that course you’d been thinking about for a while, maybe you’d do heaps of baking and there would be lots more time to spend with your kids.  How did you go with your lock down intentions? Maybe like me some of them worked really well (like doing yoga and meditation every day) and others never really ended up happening (like all that baking I thought I’d be doing)!

Whatever your intentions were last time, do you have the same ones this time around? How do you want this time to be different and how are you planning to make that happen? I know for me I want remote learning to be a very different experience this time around (check out my FB live from Monday where I discussed the steps I’m working through to make that happen)  and big decisions like this don’t happen in a vacuum,  it required talking to my husband, my son, having a conversation with my child’s teacher and most importantly of all, talking through my decision in a circle of women who listened to my story, without judgement and supported me in a way that gave me clarity and freedom from all the “shoulds”.

If you want to do things differently this time around but aren’t sure how, if you want to have confidence in the decisions you’re making and if you want to be supported by other women who really get you, then join me for one of our monthly circles.

I would love to see you there x
