how to create the change you want

I did a live video a while ago, where I talked about what’s distracting you from living your life.   I talked about how there will always be something to distract us and pull us away from what we really want to do, you know those big dreams that seem impossible and are on our one day, someday list. The things we put off because we don’t have time, but guess what there’ll always be something to do and someone that needs us.  

Maybe you can relate to some of these thoughts (I know I’m definitely guilty of thinking all three!)

“It’ll be easier when the kids are a bit older”

“I can’t wait for the weekend”

“when the weather get better I’ll…..”

These thoughts stop us from being present and enjoying the life we’re living right now. 

I’ve found if I want to change something in my life, the best place to start is by writing down what I want, or what I don’t want.

Where do I really want to spend my time?

What’s one small step I can take to help me get there?

Life is never going to slow down but you absolutely have the power to change how you’re living your life and start getting that one day, someday list, onto your today list.
